Balloon Delivery FAQ

Notice for Orders
We ask for at least 36 hours notice or one and half days. to process your order. 

Including Your Own Gifts
BYO gifts are accepted for regular orders. Items must be brought to us at least 36hrs before product is required. 

Corporate or function 

Orders of 10+ balloons will be considered for bulk discounts, contact us to discuss.

Custom Orders
Customisation is only available for corporate/bulk orders or bridal announcements. Contact us to discuss.

Making Changes
Changes are possible before we start your order, subject to availability. Contact us ASAP to make adjustments.

Changing the Date
Date changes may be possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled if preparation hasn’t begun, and product has not been purchased by us for pending order.

Bulk Orders
Yes! For 10+ arrangements, contact us directly to discuss your order.

Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery
Currently not available. For urgent orders, send an enquiry — we’ll try to accommodate if possible.

Balloon Lifespan
Balloons look their best for 1–2 days. For optimal quality, please pick up or deliver on the day of gifting. Notify us if gifting the next day.

Balloon Size
Approximately 45cm - 50cm high however this can vary.

Handling & Care

• Gift within 12 hours of collection
• Keep away from sharp objects
• Gently lift only by the box or base 
• Keep upright and out of sunlight. 
• Avoid air conditioning
   

Once your balloon has left Popping Balloons and has been handed over to you, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to care for it.
However, we understand accidents can happen, and we’ll always do our best to help find a resolution. Please contact us if you experience any issues. 

Do you offer pickup?
Yes! Orders can be collected from our Kallangur address please contact for further details

What time can I pick up?
Pickup would normally be between 9am to 5pm but if you are unable to make it within those hours please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the North Brisbane area
Because balloons are delicate and perishable, we’re unable to ship interstate or internationally.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are based on your delivery suburb and distance from Kallangur however up to within 20km from 4503 with be a flat rate of $15 please contact for other area outside this delivery range.

How long does delivery take?

your balloon will be delivered on the day you are wanting it but if something occurs beyond our control that prevents us from delivering at the scheduled time, we will make every effort to ensure your balloon still reaches you as soon as possible.
